Located in the Saint-Servan district south of Saint-Malo, the Ty Mat residence offers a relaxing, natural setting. It is nestled in the heart of an enclosed garden filled with flowers and trees and has Green Key accreditation.
The apartments are spread over 4 floors and served by a lift. You'll stay in a cosy apartment decorated in lights tones to lend your home-from-home a calming feel.
From June to September, you can go swimming in the small outdoor heated pool. Do you prefer the sea? Bas Sablons beach is 500 m away. Sportier types can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike or on horseback, or even learn how to sail near the residence.
To make your holiday an immersive experience, we recommend you explore the region through workshops, walks and cultural visits and discover the local area.
When it comes to shopping, you'll find everything you need in the shops and fishing port 300 m from the residence.
Lastly, for convenience, we have provided paid parking that we recommend booking in advance of your stay.

Baby equipment (requires booking)
For peace of mind, book your Aubert baby kit at the same time as your accommodation: travel cot with fitted sheet, changing mat, pushchair (for children aged 6 months and over) and high chair (for children aged 6 months and over).
The kit is available for €45/week or €33 for a short stay of 1 to 6 nights. You can also book equipment on site, at reception: cooking food processor, baby rocker, bath, night light, etc. (Equipment available depending on the residence).
Please note: Subject to availability. The bed has been chosen with care to guarantee comfort and safety for your child. It complies with the NF-EN 716 standard for infant travel cots. This standard recommends not adding a second mattress to the cot to prevent any risk of suffocation. For this reason, a mattress is not provided with the cot.
